FEMUSINDO.com - Blink or Blink Indonesia is a female vocal group from Jakarta that was formed on July 23, 2011. Blink's name peaked after starring in the soap opera Putih Abu-Abu in 2012.
This female vocal group Girl with pop, electro pop and ballad genres was formed because they saw the many girl bands that emerged after the Korean pop music wave.
Initially they only had members Shilla, Via and Ify --- all 14 years old at that time. However, because they wanted to add new members, an audition was held. Febby (15) and Pricilla (13) entered.
Singing Background
Each personnel is recorded as having a fairly strong singing background. Shilla, Sivia, and Ify are alumni of Idola Cilik Season One. Febby, who was once a child singer and was under the auspices of GNP led by Kak Nunuk.

Pricilla, who has been actively singing from stage to stage since she was little, is a member of the Purwa Caraka Music Studio choir which was formed in 2007, and is a supporting player in the musical Laskar Pelangi.
In addition, Pricilla also won 1st place in a vocal group festival held in San Remo, Italy in 2008.
Success in Soap Operas
Their project was successful in the soap opera Putih Abu-Abu on SCTV. In the soap opera, Blink released their songs one by one depending on the storyline, with 3 versions of each song, namely acoustic (live), pop and Remix.
In addition, Blink was also fully involved as the main character in the Konser Istimewa Putih Abu-Abu (a musical version of the soap opera Putih Abu-Abu).
Blink actively sang between 2011–2017 under the My Music label. They have released several singles, albums, music videos and even soap opera soundtracks.
In their career, this girl band has successfully won the Inbox Awards 2011, Dahsyatnya Awards 2012, Indonesia Kids' Choice Awards 2012, SCTV Music Awards 2013, SCTV Music Awards 2015 and several other awards. (*)
