FEMUSINDO.com - Nicole Zefanya, with her famous name NIKI, is an Indonesian singer and songwriter who has made her way to the international scene.
Niki Zefanya, who was born in Jakarta, January 24, 1999, became popular with her covers and original songs on YouTube while still in school.
In 2016 and 2017, NIKI released the songs "Polaroid Boy" and "Anaheim" independently. In 2017, Niki moved to Nashville, United States.
In Uncle Sam's country, she studied Music Arts at a University, while releasing the songs "See U Never" and "I Like U" under the umbrella of the American record label 88rising as a singer.
NIKI admitted that she was contacted directly and invited by Rich Brian to join the 88rising label, after Brian heard her song on YouTube.

On May 2, 2018, she released the song "Vintage" as the first single from her EP titled Zephyr. On May 23, 2018, NIKI's debut EP, Zephyr, was released.
Two years later in September 2020, NIKI finally managed to release her debut album, Moonchild.
A few months later at the end of 2020, NIKI released a holiday single titled Hallway Weather. As time went by, NIKI released her second album, Nicole.
In her career, NIKI is the most popular Indonesian artist on Spotify with more than 2.8 billion streams, surpassing Rich Brian in January 2024.
On the platform, she is also the Indonesian artist with the record for the most monthly listeners, reaching 13.2 million listeners in December 2023. (*)
