FEMUSINDO.com - ADA Band is a pop, rock, pop rock, alternative rock, slow rock and soft rock music group from Jakarta, Indonesia, which was formed on November 18, 1996.
ADA Band personnel consist of Ibrahim Imran (Baim vocals & guitar), Suriandika Satjadibrata (Dika bassist), Iso Eddy Himawarso (Iso keyboardist & synthesizer), Krishna Balagita (Krishna keyboardist & piano) & Muhammad Abdu Elif Ritonga (Eel drum).
Before changing its name to ADA band, this music group was called B to 90's. At that time, in 1993 Herry vocals, Baim guitar, Dika bass, Iso keyboardist & synthesizer & Eel drum had formed a music group that played in cafes or hotels regularly with the name B to 90's.
The name B to 90's itself was a name given when they were filling an event on Prambors Jakarta radio.
In 1994 Herry Soedayat vocalist resigned to form a band called KIN, Since then Baim who was originally a guitarist advanced to become the main vocalist and also a guitarist. In 1995 Krishna Balagita Keyboard & Piano joined.
Release of First Album
In 1997 Ada Band released their first album entitled Harus. The song "Seharusnya" became the mainstay of their first album.
ADA Band's second album was released in July 1999 and was titled Peradaban 2000. Their formation was still intact, namely, Ibrahim Imran (Baim Lead Vocal & Guitar), Dika Satjadibrata (Dika Bass), Iso Eddy Himawarso (Iso Keyboard & Synthesizer), Krishna Balagita (Krishna Keyboard & Piano) & Elif Ritonga (Eel Drum).
However, after the second album was released, Iso & Eel chose to leave ADA Band. In fact, the song "Ough" on their second album was a success in the market and sold more than 200 thousand copies. Rama Yaya Moektio then joined as a new drummer to replace Eel.

Only 4 Personnel
When working on the third album in March 2001 titled Tiara, ADA Band only had 4 personnel, namely Baim (Guitar & Vocal), Krishna Balagita (Keyboard & Piano), Dika Satjadibrata (Bass) & Rama Yaya Moektio (Drum).
After several personnel changes, ADA Band went on hiatus for about 1 year. The biggest change was of course the departure of Baim (Vocals & Guitar) in 2001.
In 2001, ADA Band released the album The Best of ADA Band. This album contains ADA Band's best songs from 3 albums when Baim was still the vocalist of ADA Band, namely the first album Harus (1997), Peradaban 2000 (1999) & Tiara (2001).
Latest Formation
At the end of 2002, ADA Band made a splash again with the latest formation. With this formation, ADA Band released the album "Metamorphosis" in 2003 under a new label, EMI Music Indonesia.
In the following years, ADA Band released their albums in succession. To close 2002, they collected all the songs from ADA Band's old albums in an album entitled "The Best Of ADA Band: Discography".
In 2004–2005, ADA Band released their fifth album "Heaven of Love", the album Romantic Rhapsody (2006–2007), Cinema Story - Soundtrack Film " Selamanya" (2007), Harmonious (2008), Mystery of Musical (2009), Empati (2011), Masa Demi Masa (2013) and Chemistry (2016–2017).
A year after the Chemistry album On November 24, 2017, Donnie as the vocalist announced his resignation from ADA Band.
In 2020, ADA Band officially announced a new vocalist named Naga, previously known as the vocalist of Lyla, to replace Donnie who left the music group. Together with Naga, ADA Band immediately stepped on the gas by releasing several new singles. (*)
