She is a singer, actress, and entrepreneur as well as one of the greatest figures in the history of world popular music and is nicknamed the "Queen of Pop".

Madonna is known for her innovative and provocative music production, extravagant choreography and stage performances, and artistic music videos.

Since her emergence and dominance in the entertainment world in the 1980s, Madonna has defined music and pop culture and has become a major influence on many singers in various parts of the world.

Madonna released her first album in 1983 under the Sire Records label, after previously starting her career as a drummer and vocalist in the rock band Breakfast Club and Emmy.
