A variety of rhythmic tones or sounds are also called songs. Songs can be sung solo, duet, trio or choir.

The words in the song can usually be in the form of rhythmic poetry, but there are also religious or free prose. Songs can be categorized into many types, depending on the size used.

Currently, the most widely listened song genres are pop, rock, EDM, hip-hop. There is also country music that is developing and famous in the American region, blues, soul and jazz.

In addition, there are also several folk music genres, such as bluegrass, and keroncong which are known in Indonesia today.

There is also Latino music from Latin America and K-Pop music from South Korea which are quite famous in the world.

Songs are poems that are recited according to certain tones, rhythms, time signatures, and melodies to form harmony.

Singing is often also referred to as a song which means a composition of tone or sound art in sequence, combination, and temporal relationship (usually accompanied by musical instruments).

The accompaniment of playing this musical instrument is to produce a musical composition that has unity and continuity (contains rhythm).

Thus, singing is reciting poetry according to a certain tone, rhythm, and melody to form harmony. (*)
